ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within24-48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! A tracking number will be provided to you via email 

Standard Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Boston, Massachusetts within 24-48 hours from the time in which your order is placed.

Customers in the US  can expect orders within 3 - 5 business days from the time when your order has shipped.  a flat rate shipping fee of $.7.98 applies to orders shipping
to the United States 

All orders over $90 include FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer $12.98 flat rate shipping to The United Kingdom, Canada and Australia

International orders outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. iAura is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@iaura.io with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
